We are pleased to announce that the PEP course will be running sessions throughout the South Central region in 2010.
New this year
The PEP course is now open to Allied Healthcare Professionals (AHPs), Healthcare Scientists (HCSs), as well as to Nurses* and Medical Practitioners*.
About the PEP course:
This course offers an opportunity for all NHS Healthcare Professionals to learn about implementing evidence based practice. The course is held over 5 weeks with 5 face-to-face contact days supported by online learning throughout the course.
NO COURSE FEES for NHS staff working in the South Central region. This is great value for NHS staff continuing professional development and in building knowledge and skills in applying relevant evidence to your practice.
Quotes from recent participants:
“I have realised a lot from the course and have noted areas for improvement within my department and my personal development. I intend on continuing to use the information learned to help my development, especially in terms of searching the literature.”
“I thought this was an excellent course and I have got a lot from it. I actually did not believe I would ever have the skills to present an article at our professional forum but now I know I can. In five weeks I have come a long way.”
